1987 – Northpoint Industries was founded to provide container handling equipment to leading glass container manufacturing facilities.
1996 – Alliance Solution Group was founded to support a new package format that was being introduced to North America, Shrink Sleeve Labels. Alliance Solution Group became the first to market to provide container decorating services to leading beverage and CPG companies.
2000 – Alliance Solution Group and Northpoint combine operations to leverage respective company core strengths in packaging and automation.
2010 – New facility is added in Brantford, ON to support Northpoint’s growing demand in the United States.
2012 – Alliance Solution Group expands into the Quebec market offering our customers with automated packaging services in two of the largest markets in Canada.
2018 – 2023 – Alliance Solution Group expands into new facilities strategically located in Brampton, Mississauga and Milton, Ontario. The growth during this period is driven by partnerships with global food and beverage manufactures with expansion into warehousing services to provide repack and warehousing services under one roof.
2023 – In September, Alliance Solution Group partners with Novacap to support Alliance Solution Group’s next phase of growth.
2025 – In January, Alliance Solution Group relocates the Oakville, ON facility which is 80,000 SQFT to a 250,000 SQFT facility in Brampton, ON. In October, Alliance opens first Western Canada facility, 93,000 SQFT in Calgary Alberta; In December, Alliance makes first acquisition by acquiring Intramodal Warehouses bringing repack, warehousing and distribution in Pointe-Clare, QC all under one roof.
